Terms & Conditions – Epic Málaga Tours

Please read these terms and conditions before purchasing or starting any Epic Málaga Tours self-guided city quest. By completing your booking, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Activity

  • Our tours are fully self-guided and accessed through the izi.TRAVEL app.
  • No live guide is present at any point during the activity.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own safety while walking the route.
  • You will follow local rules, traffic laws, and pedestrian guidelines.
  • You will ensure your smartphone is charged and functioning.
  • You will have mobile data to access the map and content.

Epic Málaga Tours is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal items, or technical problems caused by the customer’s device.

3. Digital Content Access

  • You receive a QR code or link after booking.
  • The content is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
  • Once the digital tour has been accessed or activated, refunds are no longer possible.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard cancellation policies of the booking platform (e.g., GetYourGuide) apply.
  • Weather conditions do not affect the availability of self-guided digital content.
  • No refunds will be issued due to rain or personal delays.

5. Technical Requirements

You agree that:

  • Epic Málaga Tours is not responsible for issues related to the izi.TRAVEL app
  • Epic Málaga Tours is not responsible for connectivity problems, dead batteries, or device malfunctions

6. Liability

Epic Málaga Tours is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Interruptions caused by third-party apps or platforms

We operate under the coverage of standard business liability insurance.

7. Copyright

All audio, text, images, and quiz content are the intellectual property of Epic Málaga Tours and may not be copied, sold, or reused.

8. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to update the content, route, or instructions of the City Quest at any time to improve the experience.
